Business Philosophy
Real estate is more than just buying and selling properties. It's more than just for sale signs, property brochures, and home previews. Real estate is personal - it's about living, working, and playing. It's about making memories, building relationships, and creating a home. And at the core of every real estate transaction are people, each with unique hopes and dreams.
I believe that people come first, which is why I always look out for the best interests of my clients. I am honest, professional, and loyal to my clients and I do not believe they deserve any less than that. So my business philosophy is simple: your best interests are my priority.

Personal Background
I was born in Orange County, California where I lived for nearly 30 years. I graduated from the University of San Diego in 2001 with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and English. After graduating I accepted a management training position with Enterprise Rent-A-Car and was promoted to the Long Beach regional vehicle repair supervisor position when I was 24 years old. However, I was passionate about real estate and when I was 23 years old I purchased my first investment property, a fourplex near Cal State Fullerton. I quickly learned from hands-on experience how to manage rental properties, and began creating wealth with real estate investments.
My wife and I were married in 2007, our first son was born in 2008, and by 2009 we decided to move to Northern Colorado. We have been extremely happy living in Fort Collins, CO. The inspiring mountains, outdoor recreation, sense of community, and friendly people we have met in Colorado are just a few reasons we are proud to call Colorado our home.
